About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work for Arcare Aged Care, a leading provider of aged care services in Australia.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Officer to join our team at Arcare Templestowe. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety, functionality, and comfort of the physical environment within our facility.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Facility Maintenance: Oversee and perform regular maintenance tasks throughout the Residence, including inspecting and repairing plumbing, electrical systems, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, as well as handling general repairs to keep the building in good working condition.
  • Safety and Compliance: Maintain compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Maintain and repair equipment used in the facility or outsourcing to external companies.

You will be required to work Monday to Friday from 8am to 4pm. In return, we offer a competitive salary range of $30.58 per hour, along with access to discounts at Apple, Samsung, Gyms, Travel, and Health Insurance.
