Job Overview

This is a leadership role for an experienced control systems engineer to excel in Perth. The successful candidate will oversee the design, construction, and commissioning of control systems for various projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee a team of engineers in the design and implementation of control systems
  • Collaborate with project managers to report progress and manage scope changes
  • Develop and implement PLC and SCADA programming solutions
  • Provide technical direction and ensure adherence to project timelines
Requirements
  • Engineering degree or similar tertiary qualifications
  • Experience in Australian Iron Ore mining projects/operations
  • Demonstrated experience working in a project environment
  • Relevant PLC and SCADA programming experience
  • Exceptional troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Desirable Skills
  • Bulk materials handling
  • Mineral processing plants
  • Mobile machines: stackers, reclaimers, shiploaders and associated stockyard systems
