Senior Geophysicist

We are seeking a highly skilled Geophysicist to join our Geotechnical team in Sydney. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for enhancing our capabilities and reputation in the field of geophysics.

• Assist with project planning and preparation of technical deliverables
• Conduct shallow ground geophysical surveys, including seismic, electrical, magnetic, electromagnetic, and GPR techniques
• Participate in over water geophysical surveys, including seismic reflection, refraction, resistivity, magnetic, and bathymetry data
• Manage fieldwork during geophysics investigations and ensure safety on site
• Process and interpret data using industry standard geophysical interpretation software
• Integrate geophysical and geotechnical data
• Maintain and calibrate geophysical equipment
• Use initiative and judgment to resolve problems and identify safety hazards
