Job Overview

We drive innovation to shape the future of water infrastructure by solving complex challenges.

This role combines digital delivery expertise with team leadership, working on significant projects that benefit local communities while developing leadership capabilities.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead digital delivery projects and design work, including BIM models and engineering drawings.
  • Liaise with design teams, understand project schedules, and ensure QA review processes.
  • Provide technical input within the design team, undertake reviews of deliverables, and ensure compliance with design quality systems and client standards.
Key Skills
  • Ability to set up projects and manage multi-disciplinary projects.
  • Knowledge of Australian standards and client standards.
  • Proven understanding of DEXP and LOD discussions, proficient in Autodesk Construction Cloud, Projectwise, Revizto, and Navisworks.
Requirements
  • 12+ years of experience in water treatment and conveyance systems, 3D modelling, drafting, design and delivery.
  • Advanced experience with 3D CAD software (AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Plant 3D or similar modeling tools).
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
