Job Title: Senior Financial Services Coordinator

The role of a Senior Financial Services Coordinator is pivotal in ensuring seamless financial operations.


About the Role:

This position plays a key part in supporting the delivery of efficient and effective accounting services. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating banking functions, including daily deposits and bank account reconciliations to the General Ledger.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate banking functions, including daily deposits and bank account reconciliations to the General Ledger.
  • Support the financial accountant and provide high-level customer service.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure attention to detail in all aspects of work.

Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualifications in Business, Finance, Accountancy, or a similar discipline.
  • Proven knowledge of accountancy principles and application, including reconciliations.
  • Demonstrated administration skills, computerised accounting systems experience, and Microsoft 365 proficiency.
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
