Community Care Specialist

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to provide high-quality care and support to clients living in their own homes.

This role involves providing assistance with daily activities such as showering, personal hygiene, meal preparation, house cleaning, laundry, and ironing. It also requires developing and implementing personalized care plans that meet the unique needs and preferences of each client.

Our ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality care and support to clients
  • Assist with daily activities
  • Develop and implement personalized care plans
  • Build strong relationships with clients and families

Requirements:

  • Certificate III in Aged Care, Home and Community Care, Disability Support, or an equivalent qualification
  • Current Australian drivers license and roadworthy vehicle (required for this role)
  • Experience with technology, including smartphones, tablets, and laptops
  • Confidence to satisfy relevant probity checks required by legislation or policies
