We are seeking an experienced Heavy Diesel Mechanic to join our team in the Goldfields region. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a reputable company, Emeco, and contribute to the maintenance and optimisation of their heavy earthmoving fleet.
Key Responsibilities- Ongoing maintenance and optimisation of Emeco's heavy earthmoving fleet
- Providing support to the Emeco rental fleet as required
- Working safely and adhering to relevant HSE policy and procedures to minimise the risk of injury to yourself and others
- Ensuring all maintenance and optimisation targets are met on time and within budget
- Working with Emeco customers and stakeholders to meet larger organisational objectives
- Must have full working rights within Australia
- Proven post-trade experience with heavy earthmoving equipment; namely Caterpillar, Komatsu, and Hitachi
- Recognised National Heavy Diesel Mechanic / Fitter Trade Qualification
- High level of understanding of maintenance and reliability principles
- Strong analytical mindset and solution focused attitude
- Hold a current Australian Driver's License (HR is preferable)
- High risk licence (is preferable) but we also offer in-house training
- Casual rates up to $83.25 or full-time $70.00 (base + allowances)
- 2/2 or 2/1 FIFO roster direct from Busselton
