Job Title: Project Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team in a full-time, permanent capacity based at our Arundel depot. The successful candidate will oversee a team of Engineers and Supervisors, responsible for delivering optimal project outcomes through effective project management.

Responsibilities
  • Manage, coordinate and deliver a number of renewals and capital works projects simultaneously, including financial management, technical reporting, adherence to safety management systems.
  • Lead the selection and onboarding of delivery partners, in conjunction with commercial and safety teams.
  • Report on project and program performance and progress, including development of solutions to issues that compromise attainment of agreed performance targets.
  • Coordinate the contributions to the tender process across the projects to ensure the right inputs are gathered to respond to client requests.
  • Prepare, maintain and report on progress against schedules for the delivery of projects.
  • Develop project budgets, cost reports and forecasts and monitor and control project costs.
  • Assist with the identification of potential hazardous site activities and ensure appropriate procedures and controls are implemented.

About You
  • Cert IV or higher Project Management qualifications.
  • Leadership Qualifications (Cert IV Leadership & Management) highly regarded.
  • Experience in the water sector or civil construction is desirable.
  • Evidence of immunity or willingness to obtain vaccination to gain immunity to Hepatitis A & B.
