Bradnam's Windows and Doors is in search of a proficient and seasoned Estimator to assist us in achieving accuracy and excellence in our projects, whether they take place in our manufacturing facilities or on-site. We currently have an opening for an experienced Residential Cost Estimator.
Role OverviewWe are pleased to present a position for a Residential Cost Estimator at our organization where you will:
- Analyze and interpret building regulations and apply relevant standards effectively.
- Keep abreast of current building regulations and associated standards.
- Continuously enhance your understanding of Bradnam's products and relay appropriate product information to our clientele.
We will equip you with the specific training necessary for success in this role, and with your prior experience, you will bring the following competencies:
- The ability to read and interpret architectural plans and determine product requirements, ensuring compliance and meticulous attention to detail.
- A solid understanding of applicable building regulations and the ability to apply them correctly.
- Strong communication skills, with a genuine focus on customer service.
- A collaborative spirit, thriving both in team settings and when working independently.
- A positive approach to tasks, demonstrating a commitment to safe work practices.
