Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Advisory Professional to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing risk, regulatory, and compliance engagements on a day-to-day basis. You will analyze complex problems, develop recommendations to address client issues, and heavily involved in reports and other deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing expert guidance and support on a day-to-day basis.
  • Lead projects and associated staff on a day-to-day basis, ensuring engagements are delivered to a high quality standard within set budgets.
  • Undertake analysis as directed and take responsibility for the preparation of project deliverables, including reports and presentations.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them, resulting in confirmed engagements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and achieve exceptional results.

Requirements:

  • At least 8-10 years' experience in areas such as governance, risk management, compliance, operations risk, superannuation, regulatory consulting, and/or financial services firms.
  • Proven ability to build and manage high-performing project teams to address complex issues in high-pressure situations.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and colleagues at all levels.
