About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Associate Principal to join our team at Mount Barker Community College. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in driving educational excellence and student success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the development, implementation, and review of the college plan, ensuring alignment with departmental and school goals.
  • Build staff capacity and support wellbeing, fostering a positive and inclusive school culture.
  • Establish and manage administrative and operational systems, ensuring efficient and effective school operations.
  • Provide pastoral care and behavioural support to students in Years 10 to 12, promoting their social, emotional, and academic growth.
  • Lead educational initiatives and manage Senior Secondary courses and student pathways, ensuring high-quality learning experiences for all students.
