Job Description:
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our out-of-school-hours care service. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of children and their families.

You will have overall responsibility for managing and rostering a team of passionate educators, ensuring that every child receives a high-quality education and care experience.

In this role, you will also be responsible for building strong relationships with local schools and fostering partnerships that benefit both our organization and the wider community.

With a focus on innovation, creativity, and fun, we are looking for someone who shares our values and can help us deliver exceptional results.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
  • a passion for working with children and their families
  • a proven track record of leadership and management experience
  • strong problem-solving skills and a 'can-do' attitude
  • excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team

We are particularly interested in hearing from individuals who are qualified or studying towards an ACECQA-approved qualification, such as a teaching degree, education support, children's services, early childhood education, sports science, or youth work.
