Our organization is seeking a skilled and experienced Program Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading technical upskilling activities, delivering programs to build deep, diverse and sustainable Nuclear Engineering Science Technology talent pipelines, leading projects with considerable complexity and sensitivity, building and managing stakeholder relationships, and understanding the work environment and how internal operations support our organization.The ideal candidate will have strong analytical, research and problem-solving skills to address changing policy and program requirements, demonstrated skill in establishing and building relationships with internal and external stakeholders, excellent written and verbal communication skills, including attention to detail and the ability to work in multidisciplinary teams.The selected individual will become part of a dynamic team dedicated to helping grow the workforce, skills and capabilities our organization needs to safely and securely operate, shape and uphold its future fleet of nuclear-powered submarines.We are looking for driven, outcome-focused individuals who are agile, innovative and energised by high-paced work.
