Job Title: Healthcare Professional

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Healthcare Professional to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality medical services to patients in accordance with professional standards, legislation, and Defence policies.

About the Role

You will work autonomously and collaboratively as part of a multi-disciplinary team to provide medical technical advice to senior officers and contribute to positive health outcomes for Defence Force staff. You will have the opportunity to work in a variety of settings, including outpatient clinics and hospital wards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality medical services to patients in accordance with professional standards
  • Provide medical technical advice to senior officers
  • Contribute to positive health outcomes for Defence Force staff

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following qualifications and experience:

  • A Medical Practitioner registration with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
  • Fellowship of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP) or Fellowship of the Australian College of Rural and Remote Medicine (FACRRM)
  • A minimum of 2 years' full-time post-graduate general practitioner experience in a general practice setting within the last 5 years
