At St George Christian School, we are seeking an experienced Business and Operations Manager to join our Executive Team.

The successful applicant will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of financial strategies, managing budgets, and ensuring effective asset and infrastructure management.

To succeed in this role, you will require excellent financial management and accounting skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

You should have a strong background in administrative and human resource management, as well as high levels of skill in communication and interpersonal skills.

Desirable skills include experience in schools and/or not-for-profit organisations, regulatory and compliance requirements in education, and implementation of effective policies and procedures.

We are looking for a committed Christian who is active in their local church and willing to subscribe to our School's Statement of Faith.

The successful candidate must comply with Child Protection and other requirements for Non-Government Schools in the ACT.
