About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Relationship Building Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations, you will play a vital role in delivering tailored solutions to our customers across a range of assistance, insurance, and banking products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To create personalized customer experiences through face-to-face interactions, phone calls, and other communication channels.
  • To develop strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and providing relevant solutions.
  • To work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve business objectives and exceed customer expectations.

About You

What We Offer

  • A competitive salary of $33.40 per hour, plus superannuation and penalty rates.
  • A full-time position with 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with rotating Saturday morning shifts.
