We are seeking ambitious individuals to join our 24-month graduate program in agronomy. This unique opportunity will provide you with the skills and training needed to become a future leader or technical expert in the field.

About the Program

Our program is designed for top talent who seek a performance-based culture built on integrity, safety, inclusion, and results. You will be part of a cohort of other ambitious graduates and involved in four leadership and skill-building workshops. You will also receive on-the-ground training and have three mentors assigned to provide ongoing support.

The program is based on a robust learning model that sees you adding value as a full-time employee from day one. You will be doing real work and delivering real results, making a meaningful impact in the lives of our customers and suppliers.

Requirements
  • You must have graduated prior to the commencement of the program or no longer than 3 years ago with a minimum of a Diploma in Agriculture, Ag Science, or a relevant field.
  • Demonstrate a willingness to learn, a proactive approach, strong communication skills, and a passion for agriculture.
  • You will need to demonstrate customer service, problem-solving, and leadership capabilities.
