About the Role

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Resident Wellbeing Assistant to join our team at Signature Care - Residential Aged Care. As a key member of our Wellbeing team, you will play a vital role in developing and delivering engaging programs that promote the physical, emotional, and social wellbeing of our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement varied wellbeing programs that cater to the diverse needs and interests of our residents.
  • Collaborate with the Wellbeing team to create a supportive and inclusive environment that fosters a sense of community and belonging.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure that residents receive high-quality care and support.
  • Work closely with the care team to identify and address the physical, emotional, and social needs of residents.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures that promote the wellbeing of residents.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a similar role as a Wellbeing Assistant in Aged Care is desirable.
  • Preferred applicants will have a Certificate IV or Diploma in Lifestyle and Leisure or equivalent, or Cert III or IV in Aged Care with significant demonstrated wellbeing experience.
  • Current First Aid Certificate and CPR.
  • Fully approved Covid-19 vaccinated.
  • National Police Record check, less than 12 months old.
