Job Overview

As Centre Director, you will be responsible for leading and managing the operations of our early childhood education and care service. This includes:

  • Leading and managing a team of educators, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment
  • Ensuring the daily operations of the centre run smoothly, including managing resources and staff schedules
  • Delivering high-quality educational programs in line with the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
  • Overseeing the planning and implementation of individualised learning and development programs for children
  • Building and maintaining positive relationships with families, staff, and the wider community

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A Bachelor of Early Childhood Education and Care (or higher)
  • Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience in an early childhood education setting
  • Strong understanding of the National Quality Standards (NQS) and Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive environment for children, staff, and families
