Warehouse Manager

We are seeking a Warehouse Manager to lead our warehouse operations, driving innovation and excellence in logistics management. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless logistics, team leadership, and client management.

This is a hands-on role where you will:

  1. Lead & Grow the Team – Manage and mentor a small but mighty warehouse team (2-3 people).
  2. Drive Operational Excellence – Oversee warehousing, logistics, and WMS systems to ensure smooth, efficient, and compliant operations.
  3. Be the Face of Trident – Engage with clients daily to deliver top-tier 3PL services and strengthen relationships.
  4. Own WHS Compliance – Ensure all safety and compliance measures are upheld, keeping our warehouse running at peak performance.
  5. Think & Act Like a Business Owner – We don't just want an employee; we want a partner who is invested in our success and hungry for growth.

Key Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in warehousing & logistics – You know the industry, and you're ready to level up.
  • Forklift License (Counterbalance & High Reach) – Non-negotiable. You should be confident and efficient on the forklift.
  • WMS & Microsoft Office Skills – You should be comfortable navigating warehouse management systems and using tech to streamline operations.
  • A Master in Pick & Packing – Or, at the very least, someone eager to become one.
  • WHS & Compliance Knowledge – Safety first. Always.
  • A Long-Term Vision – We're looking for serious candidates with PR or a long-term visa who want to grow with us.
