Cleaning and Maintenance Professional
- Perform general cleaning tasks such as dusting, mopping, sweeping, and vacuuming.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and other common areas.
- Empty trash receptacles and transport waste to disposal areas.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Notify management of any repairs or maintenance required.
- Follow proper safety procedures and guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide a clean and welcoming environment for all guests.
- Ensure high standards of cleanliness and tidiness throughout the property.
Requirements
- Proven experience in commercial cleaning or facilities maintenance.
- Ability to effectively clean and maintain various surfaces and materials.
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies.
- Strong attention to detail and thoroughness in completing tasks.
The Cleaner/Janitor will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment at Sunrise Tree Guest House. This is an important role that requires a high level of attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
