About the Role:


Early Start Australia is seeking a passionate and dedicated Clinical Practitioner to join our team at Werribee. As an Allied Health Assistant, you will have the opportunity to develop and extend your clinical practice in a friendly, well-supported team.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Support families to implement supportive strategies into their everyday lives;
  • Coach and support families, group programs, and individual therapy, linking families with community supports, as well as supporting families and therapists with administrative tasks;
  • Work closely with key stakeholders and ensure ongoing communication, leadership, and support are provided to deliver quality services and supports;
  • Ensure a focus on continuous improvement through regular evaluation, training, and review;
  • Work as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Requirements:



  • Possession of a relevant Allied Health qualification;
  • Experience working with children and families with additional needs is highly desirable;
  • Strong communication and organisational skills;
  • Ability to work within a multi-disciplinary team and work autonomously in the community;
  • Compliance – Working with Children Check, National Police Check, NDIS workers screening check, Covid-19 Vaccination Certificate, and First Aid certificate.
