Job Title: Retail Store Leader

We are seeking a people and customer-focused individual to join our Alexandria Team as a Store Manager.

As a Store Manager, you will play a major role in the success of our store. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and leading your team to inspire customers and exceed sales targets.
  • Ensuring exceptional customer service from the moment they enter our store.
  • Building product knowledge to assist training your team.
  • Leading by example in sales, customer service, and attitude.
  • Managing day-to-day operations, including rostering, store performance, onboarding new starters, training, and other duties as required.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • Outstanding customer service and leadership skills.
  • Able to work as part of a team.
  • Flexible and collaborative approach to work.
  • Experience in the furniture/bedding industry is a plus but not essential.
