Store Director

Cotton On is seeking a seasoned retail leader to spearhead our team and drive store success. As a key executive, you will be responsible for building a high-performing team of product ambassadors, enabling and developing your team, and embedding customer-centric excellence.

The ideal candidate will possess a commercial acumen, with the ability to identify trade opportunities and implement solutions to enhance the customer experience and store results. You will also be responsible for effectively managing store schedules and wages to achieve productivity and wage targets.
