Main Responsibilities
  • Promote and sell medical devices and consumables to Victorian hospitals within a defined territory.
  • Develop strategic sales plans to identify commercial opportunities and drive growth.
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers, providing product knowledge and technical information.
  • Meet customer and territory performance targets.
  • Foster a customer-centric approach, delivering on commitments and requests within agreed timelines.
  • Conduct regular territory reviews with sales management.
  • Evaluate and implement effective marketing strategies across the sales territory.
  • Follow up on all sales leads and referrals promptly.
Key Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in nursing, science, medicine, business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience in medical devices and instrumentation.
  • Ability to understand and communicate technical knowledge across various products.
  • Capacity to acquire and develop new business opportunities.
  • Strong commitment to selling company products and achieving objectives.
  • Demonstrated professionalism and ethics in all aspects of work.
  • Proactive self-management, driving results and owning business responsibilities.
  • Valid driver's license and work rights in Australia.
