The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with a warm and welcoming team, providing a stimulating and supportive environment for children to learn and grow. Our campus features four spacious playgrounds, an unparalleled Playground to Plate Program, and age-based indoor spaces designed to encourage learning and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work across a rotating roster, providing high-quality care and education to children aged 0-6 years
- Develop and maintain meaningful relationships with children, families, and colleagues
- Contribute to the creation of engaging learning environments, aligned with the OAC Grow curriculum
- Collaborate with the team to ensure a safe and inclusive environment for all children
Requirements:
- Certificate III in Early Childhood Education & Care
- A Current Working with Children Check or willingness to obtain
- Ability to work as part of a team, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service
- Passion for working with young children and their families
