At Campos Coffee, we're on the lookout for a talented individual who can bring our brand to life across social platforms. As a leading coffee brand known for its commitment to quality, sustainability, and community, we believe every cup tells a story.

About the Role:

We're seeking someone with a passion for storytelling and content creation, who can develop engaging and visually stunning content that drives measurable growth for our social media channels, including Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook. If you have experience in creating captivating content, growing engaged audiences, and building successful social media presences, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create shareable, visually striking content that embodies the Campos Coffee brand and connects with our audience.
  • Develop video, photo, and written content that showcases our coffee origins, brewing techniques, and the communities we serve.
  • Evaluate and refine the performance of social media campaigns.
Social Media Management:
  • Plan, create, and post content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other emerging platforms.
  • Build and maintain a content calendar that aligns with key campaigns and coffee culture moments.
  • Analyse audience feedback and trends to optimize future content.
Audience Engagement:
  • Actively engage with followers, fostering community and interaction.
  • Support our café partners by following and engaging with their social media content.
  • Use influencer marketing and partnerships to amplify the reach and engagement of campaigns.

We're looking for someone who is highly creative, organized, and passionate about coffee culture. If you have a proven track record of growing social media pages and can demonstrate your expertise in content creation, social media management, and audience engagement, we'd love to hear from you.

$85,000 - $95,000 per year (dependent on experience)
