About the Role

This is a part-time opportunity, working Monday, Tuesday, and Friday. You will be responsible for reconciling trust accounts, preparing financial statements, and managing trust account transactions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Reconcile trust accounts to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
  • Prepare financial statements and reports for trust accounts.
  • Manage trust account transactions, including collections and payments.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and trust accounting rules.
  • Maintain accurate records of all trust account transactions and activities.
Requirements
  • Current Agent's Representative Certificate.
  • Demonstrated experience in a similar role within a commercial agency.

  • Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance standards.
  • High level of accuracy in financial reporting and record-keeping.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and tools, including knowledge of the GOAT system.
