Career Aspiration: Early Years Educator

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join our team as a Trainee Educator. Your role will involve providing high-quality care and education to children, whilst also studying towards a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education & Care.

About the Job
  • Work collaboratively with other educators to provide a safe and engaging learning environment for children
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of educational programs that cater to the diverse needs of children
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with relevant policies and procedures
Requirements
  • A willingness and motivation to study towards a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education & Care
  • A permanent right to work in Australia
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Good time management and organisational skills
  • The ability to work well individually and as part of a team
  • Enthusiasm and a positive attitude
  • Flexible availability
  • An interest in early years education
  • A Working with Children Check (or be willing to obtain one)
  • Proof of immunisation against Measles, Mumps and Rubella and Whooping Cough (Pertussis)(or be willing to receive)
