Job Description

We are seeking a Level 1 Cloud Operations Support and Service Desk expert to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the smooth operation of our secure, high-stakes systems, which are essential to national security. You will work closely with our customer-facing teams to provide an exceptional experience by capturing demand for incident resolution and service requests.

You will be responsible for:

  • Monitoring and maintaining the health of our cloud infrastructure.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in a timely manner.
  • Documenting and reporting incidents and service requests.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues.


Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • At least one year of experience in Service Desk, NOC, EOC, or Technical Support.
  • A strong background in Linux environment administration.
  • Infrastructure & Networking exposure in a similar role.
  • Flexibility and availability to participate in a 24/7 roster.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
