Job Description:

We are seeking a customer-focused professional to join our team as a Retail Sales Consultant. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, providing expert advice on products and services, and achieving sales targets.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring that every customer interaction is positive and memorable.
  • Provide expert advice on products and services, matching customers with the right solutions for their needs.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences.

  • A strong passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
  • Strong product knowledge, with the ability to advise customers on the best solutions for their needs.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting sales targets and deadlines.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
