About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced APAC Audit Manager to join our Global Corporate HSEC team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning, leading, and managing the HSEC Audit protocol and Assurance program for Asia Pacific.

Key Responsibilities
  • Functional assurance (auditing) of the IPL HSECMS across Asia Pacific.
  • Ensure thorough audits and effective HSECMS maintenance.
  • Lead and manage the audit process, including planning, execution, and reporting.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization.
  • Coach, mentor, and support personnel to improve conformance to the IPL HSECMS.
  • Travel locally and internationally, with a minimum of 50% travel across Asia Pacific.
Requirements
  • Formal qualifications in HSE, Auditing, or Engineering.
  • Hands-on experience in auditing and/or manufacturing/mining industries.
  • A sound understanding of local HSEC regulations.
  • High IT literacy, especially with MS Office, SHAERS, and RiskView.
  • Strong organizational, planning, and communication skills.
