About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Assistant to join our team at Coles Liquorland. As a Sales Assistant, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers have an enjoyable shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers, answering their queries, and offering product recommendations.
• Work effectively as part of a team to achieve sales targets and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card sales, and other payment methods.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to health and safety standards and company policies.
• Participate in visual merchandising and stock management activities to ensure the store looks appealing and is well-stocked.
• Develop and maintain knowledge of our products, including local and imported brands, to provide informed recommendations to customers.

About You

• You have a strong passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a commitment to providing a positive shopping experience.
• You are a team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to work effectively with colleagues and customers.
• You have a basic understanding of wine, beer, and spirits, and are eager to learn more about our products.
• You are able to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
• You have a current accredited Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) qualification, which is a legal requirement for employment selling liquor in Australia.
