Job Opportunity

The Role

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Geologist/Geophysicist. This position will involve working on various projects across remote sites in Australia, requiring adaptability and a willingness to learn new skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Downhole Imaging and Geophysics
  • Core and soil logging/sampling
  • Drill rig supervision and management

Requirements

  • Core and soil logging experience to AS 1726:2017 preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Geology and/or Geophysics
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations relevant to construction sites
  • Communication skills for report writing and client interaction in English
  • Ability to work independently
  • Australian driver's license with manual transmission and off-road experience
  • Enjoy variable working conditions (site and office) and locations with short notice
  • Interest in learning new skills and taking on new roles as the company evolves
  • Ability to travel for work (up to 2 weeks at a time) with a variable work week
