We're seeking a seasoned **Senior Quality Assurance Engineer** to join our Sydney-based team. As a key member, you'll be responsible for ensuring the quality of our Finance products through comprehensive testing.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Contribute to the development and implementation of a quality strategy that drives delivery of high-quality products.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship on testing practices and approaches to the team.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize test requirements.
  • Design, develop, and maintain a test automation suite integrated with the CI/CD pipeline.
  • Identify, triage, manage, and track defects, working with stakeholders to ensure effective resolution.
  • Participate in planning, guidance, and execution of user acceptance testing and other testing activities.

**Requirements**

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in Software Testing and Quality Assurance (Software Engineering experience will also be considered).
  • Strong understanding of automated testing tools, frameworks, and processes.
  • Experience with programming and scripting languages.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues.

Estimated salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year.
