The Role

The purpose of this role is to lead the Branch in achieving sales, profit, and market share objectives. This position focuses on the front and back-end activities of the Branch, including sales, warehousing, and transport operations. We require a Sales and Operations leader with a proven track record to fill this role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee Branch Operations and co-ordinate the day-to-day administration of the Branch
  • Execute Sales initiatives through the sales and customer service teams
  • Manage Branch cash flow and expenditure
  • Implement staff evaluation, recruitment, and training as required
  • Promote the Company and its product range to the present customer base and to potential new customers
  • Implement HACCP, quality, and food safety requirements
  • Implement Occupational Health and Safety and workers compensation requirements in respect to injury prevention, treatment, and rehabilitation
