About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our Food & Pharma business in Scoresby, Melbourne as a Sample Receipt Officer.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive and register client samples in our LIMS system.
  • Perform administration and data entry tasks.
  • Compile and maintain data and other documentation.
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve group success.
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain a client-focused environment.
  • Utilize strong keyboard skills, speed, and accuracy to perform tasks efficiently.
  • Develop and maintain effective communication and interactive skills.
  • Ensure a high level of organization and attention to detail in all aspects of the role.
  • Adhere to ALS's commitment to workplace safety and well-being.
  • Be willing to work reasonable paid overtime when required.
