This is not a one-size-fits-all role – every project is unique, with its own set of challenges and opportunities.
As an interior space design professional, you'll be working closely with clients, developers, agents, and our internal teams to bring high-quality, impactful spaces to life. You'll use your expertise to guide projects at every step, applying design precision and creative vision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and deliver a range of interior design projects across residential, commercial, and hospitality spaces.
- Create fully resolved furniture and styling schemes tailored to client needs, timelines, and budgets.
- Prepare and present moodboards, furnished floor plans, FF&E schedules, and curated design decks that communicate clear design vision and value.
- Source, specify, and manage the procurement of furniture, finishes, and styling items from local and international suppliers.
- Attend client meetings and briefings with confidence, translating insights into actionable design solutions.
- Collaborate closely with the Creative Director and wider design team to maintain design integrity across all touchpoints.
- Ensure seamless execution and a high standard of finish during installations.
- Support and mentor junior designers, contributing to a strong creative culture.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 3-5 years of experience in interior space design, with a focus on furniture schemes and residential/commercial fitouts.
- A portfolio showcasing depth in furniture layout planning, styling, and detailed FF&E specification.
- A degree in Interior Design (or related field) and proficiency in SketchUp, Adobe Suite, Canva, and other relevant design tools.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and time management skills.
- The ability to thrive in a collaborative environment and balance beauty and function.
Where You'll Grow:
In this role, you'll gain hands-on experience across various property and lifestyle sectors. You'll be exposed to different design typologies, business models, and client interactions, allowing you to refine your thinking as a designer.
