Key Leadership Role in Residential Construction Teams
About the JobWe are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our residential construction teams. As a high-performing leader, you will be responsible for overseeing project schedules, milestones, and timelines. Your expertise will drive Phase 2 contract acquisition, manage operational processes, and ensure exceptional client experiences.
Responsibilities- Project Management
- Develop and oversee project budgets with finance teams.
- Track project costs, analyze variances, and implement cost-saving measures.
- Support Project Managers with procurement, vendor negotiations, and materials delivery.
- Operations Processes
- Create and manage operational processes for contracts, estimating, budgets, change orders, and project documentation.
- Drive process improvements and operational innovations.
- Partner with the CFO to manage the annual operating budget.
- Client Experience Management
- Maintain transparent communication with clients throughout projects.
- Deliver regular project updates and address challenges proactively.
- Implement rigorous quality control processes to exceed client expectations.
- Quality Control / Safety / Compliance
- Implement and maintain quality control inspections and compliance with building codes and industry standards.
- Ensure OSHA compliance, safety training, and environmental regulations are followed on all project sites.
