We are seeking a highly motivated and caring individual to join our team as a Personal Care Support Specialist.

**Job Description**

As a Personal Care Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing personalized care and support to older Victorians in their own homes. This may include assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, as well as providing emotional support and companionship.

You will work independently to provide care and support to clients, building strong relationships and rapport to ensure the best possible outcomes. You will also be required to maintain accurate records of client interactions and progress.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Certificate III in Individual Support or higher (or equivalent qualification)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Compassion, empathy, and understanding when working with vulnerable clients
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
