Registered Nurse I North Fremantle Position

Regis North Fremantle is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse I to join our team. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to our residents, promoting their independence and well-being.
Key Responsibilities- Lead exceptional care outcomes through the coordination and delivery of person-centred care.
- Oversight of the resident across the day, identifying changes in preference, needs or wellbeing, and prompt escalation for support.
- Develop comprehensive care plans, conduct thorough assessments of needs and preferences, and implement appropriate care strategies.
- Manage and safely administer medications following established protocols.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation, including admission assessments, care plans, interventions, and progress notes.
- A supportive and collaborative team environment.
