The Role

We seek a reliable Window Cleaning Team Leader to join our permanent part-time team, working 30-38 hours per week. The role involves leading our team in conducting window cleaning operations between Monday to Friday, from 7:00am to 4:30pm.

Requirements:

  • Premium window cleaning experience, preferably in a leadership capacity
  • Safety-focused and reliable with high attention to detail
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with a 'can do' attitude
  • Business acumen, initiative, and excellent work ethics
  • Reliability, presentation, and physical fitness to meet the demands of the role
  • Ability to work full-time across Brisbane metro region
  • Current driver's license essential
  • Smart phone required
