Job Opportunity: Quality Control PNS Analyst

We are looking for a skilled professional to join our Quality Control, Products of National Significance (PNS) team at our site. You will support the teams within the Quality Control Group to enable testing of products in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP).

This is a permanent opportunity and you will work in rotational shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure that biological and non-biological assays performed in each department are prepared and executed in accordance with GMP.
- Review, update, and issue documentation.
- Investigate Out-of-Specification test results, invalid assays or unusual data as required.
- Ensure testing is conducted in accordance with approved procedures. Store containers/materials/samples/products according to specifications and complete necessary documentation.
- Use Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS) for quality control testing result data entry and maintain laboratory equipment calibration and cleaning.
- Proactively prevent invalid assays and reduce out of specification results. Support the operational area to ensure plant, equipment, and processes are available when needed.
- Actively seek, recommend, and implement improvements to enhance quality within each functional area.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific discipline (e.g., Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry).
- Previous experience working with animals is desirable.
- Strong knowledge on Good Manufacturing Practice regulations and guidelines.
- Proficiency in laboratory techniques including assay preparation and execution.
- Experience with LIMS for data entry and management.
- Flexible to work on rotational shifts including day, afternoon, and night shift work.
