Primary K-6 Teacher Opportunity

Job Description:

The Catholic Education Diocese of Parramatta is seeking a skilled and passionate Primary K-6 Teacher to join their school community and enrich the lives of students. As a teacher in the diocese, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality contemporary learning and teaching to the community you serve, which is embedded in the Catholic worldview.

This is a collaborative ministry of witness and service and part of the evangelizing mission of the Church. The successful candidate will be a committed and dedicated educator who can create a safe, inclusive, and challenging learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to the physical, social, and intellectual development of students.
  • Develop and teach programs that meet the needs of students with diverse abilities and backgrounds.
  • Create a positive and respectful classroom environment that fosters academic excellence and personal growth.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of curriculum design and delivery.
  • Experience in creating and maintaining a safe and inclusive learning environment.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
