Administrative Officer - Adolescent Medicine

The Department of Adolescent Medicine at a major children's hospital is seeking an organized and detail-oriented administrative officer to provide comprehensive support to the medical and multidisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the medical team, ensuring seamless communication and timely completion of tasks.

Requirements:

  • Previous administrative experience, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • Highly developed communication skills (written and oral) to ensure effective interaction with stakeholders.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently, demonstrating adaptability and flexibility.
  • Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
