About the opportunity

We're looking for a part-time team member who would like to work a range of different shifts across the week. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their product purchases and providing solutions to their hair and beauty concerns.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing high level customer service, assisting customers with solutions for their hair type
  • Visual merchandising across the store
  • Demonstrating product and styling tools
  • Achieving retail sales targets
  • Processing payments and end of day tasks

About You

You take pride in providing clients with an incredible experience. You are highly organised, willing and able to multitask and provide exceptional customer service at all times. We are looking for someone with:

  • High level organisational skills
  • Excellent communication
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to remain calm and focused in all circumstances
  • Previous experience in a fast paced retail environment
