We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the role of Senior Management Accountant. This position involves financial business partnering and analysis, providing insights that drive performance, efficiency, and growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Monitoring key performance indicators and functional outcomes.
- Providing guidance and support on financial matters such as budgeting, forecasting, analysis, and reporting.
- Prepare and present reports with actionable insights to senior stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and implement solutions that enhance business efficiency.
- Collaborate across teams to ensure alignment between finance and operational objectives.
- Engage in end-to-end finance tasks including journal entries, reconciliation, and purchase order creation.
We're looking for a motivated finance professional with a passion for business improvement and strategic decision-making.
- A tertiary qualification in finance is mandatory.
- Certification as a Certified Practicing Accountant, Chartered Accountant, or Chartered Management Accountant is also required.
- Strong business partnering and stakeholder management skills are essential.
- Advanced analytical, research, and problem-solving abilities are necessary.
- Experience collaborating across disciplines to drive business performance is valuable.
- Experience in a logistics or heavy industry environment is beneficial.
- SAP and Power BI experience is highly regarded.
