Float Driver Position

We are currently seeking skilled and experienced float drivers to join our team in a dynamic civil construction company based in Geelong. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about working in the civil construction industry.

About the Role:
  • Maintain a safe working environment that adheres to our occupational health and safety policy.
  • Ensure loads are safely secured according to National Transport Commission guidelines.
  • Operate various earth-moving machinery as required.
  • Conduct pre-shift and post-shift equipment checks, documenting any necessary details.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Prior experience working as a float driver in the civil construction industry.
  • A current white or red card.
  • A strong commitment to working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve results safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
  • A valid heavy vehicle driver's license.
  • Effective communication skills.
