Job Description
The Training Delivery Coordinator is responsible for scoping, development/content creation, and delivery of Business Systems and supporting Business Process learning for Aon in APAC. This includes updating and maintenance of Standard Operating Procedure and training delivery, as well as creating digital content to modernize traditional F2F training delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver high-quality training programs that meet the needs of adult learners.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business process changes and future state processes.
  • Create engaging digital content to support training delivery.
  • Manage SharePoint sites and ensure accurate and up-to-date content.
  • Participate in project working groups as Business Learning SME.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will possess proven experience in training content creation and delivery, stakeholder management, and Microsoft Office skills. You should also have excellent verbal and written communication skills, be able to multitask, and demonstrate resourcefulness in setting priorities and working independently.
