Job Title:

Executive Assistant - Office Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant to provide exceptional administrative support to our executive team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in office management, with excellent communication and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-level secretarial support to the executive team, including diary management, email correspondence, and minute-taking.
  • Manage complex calendars, coordinate travel arrangements, and make hotel reservations as required.
  • Prepare and distribute meeting materials, including agendas, minutes, and supporting documents.
  • Develop and maintain databases, spreadsheets, and other records as required.
  • Coordinate events, conferences, and meetings, including venue selection, catering, and logistics.
Requirements:
  • Diploma or degree in business administration, office management, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in an executive assistant role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
